Due to the original one being removed, I thought I should make my own in the hopes of it getting noticed by the community, I'm just a guy who wants to help out, not a mod or anything!I had to make the flair 'Glitches' due to me not being able to flair it correctly as AutoMod consistently removes it. I can confirm that the Heist Replay Glitch (the glitch allowing you to keep your finale without redoing the preps) is possible with the Cayo Perico Heist. If you’re familiar with Heist Replay for Bogdan and/or Casino Heist it pretty much works just like that. What I’m saying here applies to CONSOLE PLAYERS so if you’re on PC I recommend taking a look at this post here instead. Video Guide

Host takes 15%, the other person takes 85%.
As with all Heist Replay Glitches (at least on console) the Host does not receive money from the glitch. Ideally you would take turns hosting with someone else who also has their finale setup.
Complete the heist as you normally would.
When you get to the end of the heist and you’re escaping Cayo Perico get ready to close your game.
After you leave Cayo Perico a cutscene will begin. As your character hands over the duffel bag the host should completely close out of GTA.
You’ll keep your heist finale while the other person receives money from the heist. The No Save Method (PS Only) also works. ———— EDIT: Okay so it seems like doing this when it’s your first time hosting the heist causes the game to freeze for the other person receiving the money. I didn’t try this until it was my second time completing the heist so I didn’t know. ————

Is it patched ?
Heist Replay has been around for about 6 years, it’s very unlikely that this will ever be patched.
Can I get banned for doing this ? - Also unlikely. Next to duping, Heist Replay is the most commonly used money glitch / exploit and I’m pretty sure no one has been banned for it. Worst case scenario is you get bad sports point for quitting too many times but you avoid this have the other player commend you during the heist (Pause - Online - Players - Your Name - Commend) Can I do this solo ? - As I’ve said multiple times above - If you’re on console, the host DOES NOT receive the money when doing this. Heist Replay has been around for years and the host has never been able to receive the money. That’s only possible on PC. You need another person to take turns with, I would try HeistTeams Can I do this if it’s my first time hosting the heist ? - No. When it’s you’re first time hosting the heist the cutscene is significantly longer which means if you quit, the game is going to freeze for the other person. Complete the heist legitimately at least 1 time before doing this.

Unconfirmed: The Casino Heist Gold Glitch seems to have been patched.
During Open Wheel races you are now able to change your tire compound (soft/medium/hard) when stationary in the pits by pressing right on the D-Pad or right-arrow key on PC. (Credits Final-Atonement)

When will the DLC drop? Soon. Rockstar usually pushes updates around 3:30AM EST or 9:30AM UTC. Check this helpful map showing all the timezones. Does the DLC cost money, how can I get the DLC? The DLC will be made automatically available through whatever launchestore you have the game on. Those using the Rockstar Launcher can expect to see their games updated first, so be ready for that. What can we expect? Judging by Rockstar's announcements and timelines, this DLC won't be massive. They've confirmed new business battles and yacht missions, probably comparable to the previous client jobs we've gotten with the Terrorbyte. Additionally they've teased some cars, of which we've gotten images of a new supercar, a musclecar and an F-1 car. Some new race modes have been mentioned as well. It's safe to assume that the content will be dripfed in stages, especially the more interesting items might be left for later. Have the Acura NSX and new Toyota Supra been added? Some images of the Toyota Supra and Acura NSX being converted at Benny's have been floating around - these are fake and have been put into circulation by a clickbaity asshole who shall not be named. Are weekly updates on Tuesdays starting now? Probably not. Rockstar always goes a little off their usual schedule with DLC drops and this is probably the same thing. It's hard to say if the sales will already change this Thursday, but I'd recommend y'all reek the benefits of the sales before you regret it. GTA Online Casino Inside Track Horse Racing glitch SOLO works for PC (maybe XBOX AND PS4 as well?)
Go to Diamond Casino
Walk up to the cashier and exchange for chips if you don't have any
Go to Inside Track Horse Racing
Click on Place Bet (Single Event)
Check horse odds
Disable internet connection
Bet any amount on any horse and it will say unable to establish connection to rockstar servers
Enable internet connection and bet max on your horse
Repeat until you have enough money
This is reviving the reset horse odds glitch that used to exist before this was patched. Picture guide here: https://imgur.com/gallery/fuGSpfW Instructions are pretty simple. Use any method to disable/enable your internet connection whether it is pulling the plug or using a 3rd party program it is up to you. Just repeat step 5/6/7 until you get your desired odds. Make sure to reenable your internet connection before betting when your horse is favorable. Note: You need to disable your internet when you are about to refresh the race (horse list). Reenable your internet when you have the horse you want to bet on. DO NOT have your internet disconnected for too long or it will kick you from the game. It shouldn't take too long to cycle through the line ups. Just do it quick and use a macro or a script. For example if you see double evens (which is considered the worst lineup) bet any amount on any horse (provided that you have already disabled your internet). Cycle through the list until you find a good lineup and before placing a bet, reenable your internet. Go to creator. Hover over “Exit to Grand Theft Auto V” Press pause, online, play GTA online and start an invite only session. Start spamming X through all the alerts. You will spawn in an online session with the SP Casino. Invite the person giving the Avenger and the person receiving the Avenger to your session. Steps to drop Avenger: Go to Bunker, have a friend in front of bunker with a car Get in passenger seat and send CEO invite to the driver Driver quickly drive to yellow marker and accept CEO invite (You will be frozen for a few seconds) Driver far away so passenger sees the map rendering on screen When fully rendered driver drives back to bunker gets out of car, walks into bunker and back out to get interaction map back, leave the CEO and call out Avenger. The passenger is now the render person. Render person now gets into Avenger as the driver. Owner of Avenger is passenger. Fly Avenger into mountain above facility. Owner of Avenger turns on autopilot and the render person jumps out of Avenger. Owner of Avenger takes the controls and turns off the autopilot. Owner flys the avenger into the facility and stays in the Avenger. They will spawn in their own facility. Receiver will see the Avenger in their and will get into the new Avenger and hold r-dpad until the menu comes up to make a change. Change armor or something cheap. Once change is made both parties can exit their Avengers and the facility. Receiver now returns their Avenger to storage and call it back out. Change your outfit to force a save. Enjoy your new Avenger.

[PSA] About the Casino Wheel and winning the podium vehicle - the truth
Alright here goes nothing... The reason I’m making it is because I’ve been seeing so many casino wheel “glitches” get posted lately that can be a bit misleading which has led to a lot of confusion about everything. So I’m hoping this can be helpful both to people already part of the community that have been looking for info on this and people new to here. I’ll try my best to keep checking in on this post and expand upon it to make it more useful time provided. For the mods: I have flaired this as a PSA as although I go over the glitches/methods again, the main goal of this post is to provide more clarity regarding everything. I’ll be more than happy to change anything that needs changing. So for everyone interested in winning the podium vehicle here’s everything you need to know: ——The unlimited spin “glitch” itself——
Restarting the game when you see you haven’t landed on the podium vehicle will let you spin again. You can do this as many times as you need to before you win the vehicle. If you have the penthouse make it your spawn location and if you don’t then when you go into the casino set your spawn location to last location and then change your outfit to force a save before you spin the wheel. Also when you restart the game load into single player > online > invite only, it’ll be faster than loading straight into online. This works 100% of the time across all platforms.
I don’t play on PC but a lot of people have alternatives involving messing with the internet connection that can shave a bit of time off the whole process. [I’ll put a link here for the PC players later when I get the chance; I’m sure there’ll also be plenty of PC players happy to help out in this regard in the comments in the meantime]
While not quite as quick as some of the PC methods regarding messing with the connection, on console you also have the option of using an Ethernet cable and unplugging it and plugging it back in. This should kick you out to single player and you can load back into online and repeat the process until you get the car. If you play in a set up where this is convenient enough it’s faster than restarting the game altogether.
—— Increasing your odds of winning the vehicle——
The biggest issue I have with wheel glitch posts is that often times they often times will lead people to believe they have cracked the code to guaranteeing a win. The truth is that there is no perfect timing that will make you win the vehicle every time. Every post I’ve seen about it has some different specific time claimed. People have tried to use macros to figure out a perfect timing and so far no proven time has been found, let alone from someone using a phone stopwatch. The wheel will always be a game of chance.
When it comes to timing methods all they’re going to do is provide a degree of boost to consistency but not to the level some people would have you believe. Also if you’re going to try this make sure you load into invite only sessions as you will always get a fresh wheel (i.e. the wheel is set to its natural starting position). The wheel is still inherently random but because using these methods causes the wheel to spin at a slower and more consistent pace it is always drawn to land in a smaller range around the podium vehicle. So while there’s still always going to be some level of toss up regarding where it lands, you are limiting the options of where the wheel can decide to land. I don’t know how the wheel is programmed so I can’t say for certain how much of a boost to your odds this provides - in essence I don’t know for certain if it just goes straight from 1 in 20 odds to something like 1 in 6 odds and from what I’ve experienced and seen it doesn’t seem to provide a boost as substantial as that. If anything the biggest boost it provides is a mental boost as you feel much closer to winning it with every spin since if you don’t hit it always lands near the vehicle so it reduces the feeling that you’re banging your head into the wall praying to rngesus it will land on the vehicle and not clothing on the other side of the wheel for the 15th time in a row. Feeling like there’s less chance involved makes it a lot less stressful. Anyways, the sweet spots are as follows:
Between 2.5 seconds and 3 seconds. Press S/move the thumbstick from 9 o’clock to 6 o’clock counterclockwise. The wheel will spin slower but make a full rotation before ending in a smaller range around the podium vehicle.
After ~4 seconds. Press S/move the thumbstick and the wheel will spin extremely slow, not even making a full rotation, and come to a stop in a smaller range around the podium vehicle.
At the end of the day a lot of people have different opinions on the wheel that they throw around as fact when much of it largely stems from bias. For example, earlier I saw someone claim 4.18s was the exact time you need to spin the wheel to win. It’s not. Not only does that contradict the fifty other posts I saw claiming a perfect time but also just because you spun the wheel 10 times after 4 seconds and it finally landed on the vehicle at 4.18s doesn’t mean it’s going to be the same for everyone else. If the wheel had a perfect time to spin then why would your perfect time suddenly be different the next week? They’re not changing how it works every week - if they were going to do anything to it they’d make it so that it does the full rapid spin no matter how long you wait before spinning. Hell for all we know the varying spin strength was intentional on rockstars part to mimic the people who get all cheeky like that at prize wheels in real life. I mean if there was actually a perfect time to spin the wheel stemming from the weaker wheel spins there’s no doubt rockstar would’ve removed that from the wheel. Outside of glitches involving restarting the game which they can do little about, rockstar makes glitches that would threaten shark card sales a top priority. Yes, the live team working on GTA online is smaller right now (with most assets diverted to the next update and GTA VI no doubt) and they’re operating remotely so they’re running a little bit slower than usual in that regard (ex. The vending machine dupe received no attempt at being patched last week) but this is something that’s been around for a long time and if there actually was a perfect time to spin the wheel that guaranteed the podium vehicle every time that would surely fall under the umbrella of a shark card threatening glitch. Anyways, apologies for veering off into a bit of a rant there. It’s just frustrating to see the sub get spammed with clickbait posts regarding the podium vehicle every week and then seeing the amount of inevitably confused or disappointed people in the comments. Sometimes the comments themselves can add to the problem as people who try it and do win are more inclined to come back and say “hey thanks it worked for me” and then try to give the people commenting saying it didn’t work advice when it’s all just confirmation bias. Hope I was able to clear up a lot of the misinformation out there and also provide some decent instructions on what to do. Tl;dr - There’s no perfect time to spin the wheel. You can spin as many times as you want. There are a couple times to spin that can boost consistency of wins. Biggest benefit is mental. Instructions above. Edit: Unsurprisingly I’ve seen some comments come in saying “4 second method works for me every time” or “you just need a specific momentum” without substantial evidence to back up their claims. So a quick rebuttal:
There will always be outliers and people that go on winning streaks. Since the wheel came I’ve had a handful of times where I went on a winning streak for a few weeks and it’s easy to start thinking “hey maybe I’m onto something here”. But there’s 2 issues here
A) It’s physically impossible that I’m spinning the wheel down to the exact same hundredth of a second every week. B) On both my accounts I’ve had 2 occasions where the winning streaks had no relation to using any timing methods. Like I said, the timing methods almost certainly do provide a boost to some degree to your odds of winning the vehicle so it’s no surprise that there will be more occasions where people enjoy a lucky streak. But based on available evidence it is safe to say the boost is not substantial enough to not make the people that enjoy this fall into the category of extreme outliers. Additionally, most of the people that comment this mysteriously go quiet or pop back up with a different claim after their luck runs out and they’re suddenly not winning it every time. If you ask later the more stubborn ones will say “oh something must’ve been changed or it was patched”.
In regards to claims that you “just need a specific momentum” this just isn’t feasible. Humans can train themselves to very precisely repeat tasks through muscle memory but there’s always going to be a level of human error and unless you’ve practiced moving the thumbstick from a specific position with a highly specific amount of force 10,000 times these claims really hold no weight and this idea can be best summed up to a placebo effect + confirmation bias. Also if this were a thing you couldn’t call it a “glitch” lmao. If anything it would be a skill. That’s like claiming to have a glitch to get the max score at the shooting range and then your instructions are “if you get the right momentum you can hit every single headshot”.
It’s great if you’re having good luck on the wheel, but leaving a comment claiming that your way of doing one of the timing methods is the actual sure fire way of doing it is only adding to the wealth of conflicting information out there given how many different posts there are already claiming some variation of the same thing while also proving what I was saying in my post. If you disagree and you’re sure that your method is actually the right way to do it then I would implore you to add evidence to your claim and bring some more substance to your argument. I honestly hope I’m proven wrong - it would be awesome to have a way to win the vehicle without ever having to restart the game - but so far I’m just seeing the same empty claims that have led to so much confusion about it all in the first place. Now if you have a creative method that you think works and expands upon the timing method beyond just claiming a different specific time or force of movement for the thumbstick I’d love to hear it and test it out.
How GTA Online turned from a great game to a complete money syphoning clusterf*ck
Don't get me wrong, I still love to play GTA Online to this day but it disapoints me what it turned to and how it changed alot since 2013 into much worse. Let's talk about online connectivity which is main problem. It takes literally 15 minutes just to get kicked back to SP due Rockstar's crappy P2P online which in-hand is one reason why whole lobby becomes buggy and glitchy when somebody joins with terrible connection. Rockstar hasn't also bothered to improve that and their cloud servers that fail every evening. Just to top it off with infinite loading screens that occur very often causing players to totally reboot their game and waste of more of their time just for game to be stuck at loading screen again. Futurization has improved the game and extended its lifespan but gave griefers and tryhards new toys to fuck with low levels, afk players basically everyone on lobby. Some of futuristic vehicles were great and helped people defend themselves and grind faster and better but some completely ruined freemode such as Oppressor MK2 (not a bad vehicle at all, actually one of best grinding vehicles, the only problem are people who abuse it to kill everybody in lobby). Orbital cannon has indeed really ruined freemode and grinding forever. Just imagine this, you're selling 111 crates of special cargo in public session probably to avoid super accurate NPC I'm gonna talk about later, and all that hard work just to be blown up by some kid ducking in his facility spending money he got from his mommy's credit card. There's no occasion and awareness to know when you're gonna get orbed unless you're checking for people who are in facilities. People might say that 750k to kill somebody is balanced, uhmmm not. People can just leave immediatly after they orb someone and rejoin back with their money still there and no cooldown at all. And problem is, it cannot be patched cause it's cloud server exploit. Great job Rockstar !!! Glitches are also one big problem GTA has been struggling. I don't have anything against people who glitch their money but people who glitch to be un-killable or to destroy somebody's cargo immediatly are worst. There are glitches that let you go godmode and ones that let you teleport which have not been patched for years. There are also glitches that completely ruin your game such as Titan glitch and are also left alone for years. Rockstar clearly ignores these glitches and patches ones that are harmless and money making just to save Shark Card sales. It's incredible to see game company having their mouth full open for money. They became too greedy even more than EA and Activision combined together. Talking about patching glitches, Rockstar has double standards when it comes to releasing hotfixes. Remember duffel sale bag mission ?? It had one very rare bug that was able to be fixed easy but what Rockstar did ??? They completely removed the mission leaving us stuck with terrible missions such as Post Op van one. They bugged Bombushka cargo door after seeing players use it for grinding and patched the Avenger crate glitch only because players made boring and repetitive 3 crate mission faster !!! They also made hotfix to Casino Heist adding rock in middle of nowhere. They blocked vault door and added additional guards on race track after noticing people finishing casino heist fast. They have also patched gender change glitch which was just changing character gender for 100k !!! They have done alot more but I'm not gonna mention anymore harmless things patched. When it comes to cargo-griefing, that's what annoys me. Rockstar is completely PROMOTING cargo griefing to players just so they can increase their shark card sales. When you try to defend yourself, you lose 10k and get badsport, but griefer gets only 2k after destroying 1 mil goods. Rockstar actually supports that acting unaware about many players complaining about cargo griefing. This is not how you gain playerbase Rockstar, this is just how you lose them in matter of a seconds. Anti-cheat system is almost to non-existent. People can easily bypass the anti-cheat system and bomb lobbies by using mod menus. Those also get away with bans when innocent players get their characters reset for no reason. How in the hell can you let modders have fun destroying the game while innocent players are just trying to play the way it's meant to be played ??? Talking about casino chips glitch bans, isn't Rockstar overreacting too much ?? Players exploit your game to get money due to boring, terrible and repetitive grinding. Instead of patching the glitch, you go out and ban everybody who just gets penny from it ?!?!? I'm never gonna understand. AI is another lazy-developed thing with this game. NPC's have ridicously good aim, rapid fire and sped up animations making every mission pain in the ass. Not only that, they'll even manage to headshot you blinding firing or from very far distance. What about traffic AI also ? It seems like that they're programmed to crash into you everytime you're doing I/E. Has Rockstar even tested their game before releasing not knowing about problems that will occur ?? Probably not... And last but not least, overpriced items. This has angered many players causing them to buy shark cards so you can get money. Why the hell supercar that's gonna be used once costs +2 mil. Why the hell bodysuits and even more irrelevant clothes cost +300k. Why do many vehicles that are already expensive need to have even more expensive paywalls ??? Well two words, shark cards. Arena update was pretty much worst serving as Rockstar's money laundering scheme due to terribly overpriced items and vehicles. Isn't 1.4 mil for RC car too much ?? Bonus thing we have is Casino resort. Rockstar just dropped the ball with it as they PROMOTED GAMBLING !!!! You can get in-game money with real money, then convert that money into chips you're gonna lose in matter of seconds cause whole Casino is rigged to boost up shark card sales. That is in-game gambling being almost the same as REAL gambling. No wonder Casino is blocked in half of the world countries. This is gonna be the end of my opinion. There are much more things to cover but this feels already more than enough needed. Read this and get it to yourself that Rockstar became what they parodied about in past.
This glitch doesn’t seem really useful, it’s just kinda cool but it baffles me why it isn’t already in the game, you can actually see the screen on your phone. And calls work as normal, the only problem is, is that if you’re in first person you’re phone (that you’d normally see in online) also appears when your character has the actual phone out.
