Thinking about going to court against an BTC gambling website.

Hello,
I'm not going to type out the entire story here but I made $5,000 or so profit in little under one week off a BTC gambling website. At one point, I had been awake for over 24h just sitting there gambling and everything was going fine. 7am hit or so and I just decided to go to bed, I left the funds in the wallet (everything) because I had plans to bet even more in the morning and I wasn't really sure how much I was going to withdraw etc (keep in mind they take a 1% cut and that's a lot when you're dealing with $5k or so). One important factor to point out is that I left my computer on and basically on the page. Majority of that night I couldn't even sleep because I was in shock (I'm 17 years old and this is serious money, I was having plans of using these funds to go to university, open a small small business etc). I woke up the next morning and checked the funds, they were still there etc. I went out and never ended up coming back that day because my sister just came home from vacation (I have tickets to prove all of this, everything I'm stating in this thread can be proved). I come back 2-3 days later actually. Now this is where it gets really funny.
I start my computer up, everything is fine. I login to my e-mail, everything is fine. I login to the gambling website and it turns out ALL the funds are missing. Now at this point I'm starting to get really really worried. I also noticed my BLOCKCHAIN WALLET had been completely hijacked. I had an authorization e-mail asking if this was me xx and it had already been verified. My PP account funds were gone, everything. But here is what I can't understand ~ the website has a transaction log and so does Blockchain. I check them and I can't even make out where my funds are, or what's actually happened. I try to make of what it looks like and it seriously looks like the following:
A) SOMEONE HAS SENT FUNDS DIRECTLY TO THE GAMBLING WEBSITES WALLETS. B) THE FUNDS ON THE WEBSITE WHERE JUST "DELETED" OR VANISHED.
There is no trace whatsoever of the funds, and honestly? I'm very secure about my security and odds of this happening are so low. I'm not a stupid idiot that clicks links. At this point, I'm really upset and I practically broke down. I e-mailed the gambling website and they are just giving blatant responses and they aren't willing to cooperate at all. It's funny because I went into the chat and I started typing "WHERE ARE MY FUNDS?" and a few seconds later, an admin of the website almost instantly replies "you're just a sore loser". I don't know what to do. I have proof of almost everything. During this entire time of building the funds I was messaging my buddy on SKYPE to me with screenshots (http://i.imgur.com/GBgK8gL.jpg etc). Is this something I could take to court? Last night I sat down with my parents and they are willing to support the case but it's like, I don't even know what my claim would be because I have no proof of the funds just "vanishing".
They are using the excuse "oh we have 2layer security FFA on our website". But really, I think they have something to do with this and the replies they are sending me are funny. At one point they even claimed that I bet ALL MY BTC! WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND DOES THAT? I WAS FULLY SOBER AND AWARE I WAS ALREADY UP TONS. I'm pretty sure they can even make a good case that I actually bet the funds. Now here is another thing: Paypal sorted this problem out, they actually gave me back the funds in my PP account.
